 “33 years ago, Inthaco begins with one objective. We were willing to be a manufacturer of industrial food additives which are produced from natural raw materials. Our materials are grown by local agricultures industry and we decided to invest in Spray Drying Process which is still considered as an expensive, complicating and delicate system. However, the quality of Dried Powder Products is very similar to the natural ones and Thailand has very good quality raw materials; therefore we decided to implement Spray Drying Process” Khun Missapol said.

Khun Missapol also mentions about the key factors of the company success along these 33 years. There are product excellent quality and manufacturing standard as well as a strong R&D team with ability to develop customer-satisfied products.

“To produce a high quality product, beside proper manufacturing technology, we need to pay attention on manufacturing standard. Inthaco concentrates on regulations and manufacturing standards such as GMP, HACCP and HALAL. Recently, we receive ISO 9001 and ISO 22000: the latest food industry manufacturing standard. By these guarantees, we are confident to tell our customer that Inthaco’s products are safe with high quality and will increase competitiveness of customer’s products.

“On the other hand, to meet customer’s requirements, we keep developing our products because we realize that this industry changes all the time. We have R&D team to develop customer ideas to become practical products. Our R&D team works closely with customers and is a part of customer’s success. Moreover, we follow up news and information of global food industry including technology development, changes as well as trading regulations and update with our customer regularly because customer is more than customer. They are our business partner and we also want to promote our Thai food industry to be leader in global market.”
